REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Return and refund policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: gift cards, and prepaid wash cards.
FULFILLMENT/SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed on our website will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days, and you will receive them within 3-5 business days, by shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Orders that are specified for customer pickup will be notified by email and/or text when their order is ready to pickup.
